Around East Cobb
Looking back at the "highlights" of 2007, you have to cringe at some of the tragedies that took place. But it was also full of kindness and compassion as East Cobb reached out to those who were and are hurting. It is always amazing and refreshing to see how our community rises to any occasion to support each other. In a time of the year for goal setting and plans it is so easy to miss the moments. Our 2008 Tournament of Roses winners, Era and Claude Norris were married on April 8, 1933. Read some of their special moments they shared with us on pages 14 and 15. In this issue, you will also find the nomination form for the Best of the Best businesses in East Cobb. It is and adventure operating a business, something like riding a rollercoaster. The life of your business is based on your customer’s perception of how well you deliver the service or product you present. With the 2008 Around Town East Cobb Reader’s Choice Awards, you, as the community of East Cobb, have an opportunity to let your voice be heard in selecting and celebrating the best of the best businesses in East Cobb.
