Around East Cobb

Around Town — East Cobb is proud to announce the addition of a new community representative, Ginny Gross. Being a native of Marietta, Ginny is most excited about the opportunity to be involved in such a vibrant community as East Cobb. She has spent time talking with people in the community about the Around Town — East Cobb magazine and has had the pleasure of meeting some very exciting and successful business leaders and business owners. As well, she is involved in civic groups and club organizations and has spent time learning what brings such a large community so close. Ginny said, "The closeness of the people that live, work, worship, shop, play and go to school here makes it such a great community."

"There is much enjoyment that comes from having your finger on the pulse of events that are happening community wide," she continued. A lot of new restaurants and businesses are coming into East Cobb, which gives the people who live here more choices of where to dine, shop and enjoy some great entertainment very close to their own homes. She said she has learned many things while spending time in this wonderful community, but one thing in particular that stands out in her mind is that the people are warm, friendly and have a tremendous sense of pride in East Cobb, the place they call home.
